Walnut Commons Co-Housing

19 unit condominium / co-housing project which included a solar heating system, underground parking and community living space. BSB worked hand in hand with the owners to make this product affordable yet above the norm of a standard production condo building. There were specific site challenges mitigated including dewatering of the underground parking area when digging the pit. The project achieved Santa Cruz City Green Certification, including a glycol solar preheating system, flyash in the mix design of concrete, and low VOC paints.
