MidPen Housing Station District

Completed in the spring of 2012, the Station District Housing Project is the first piece of the Larger Union City Transit Oriented Development. The project was developed by and built for MidPen Housing, one of the largest “Not for Profit” suppliers of affordable housing in the greater bay area. The project, constructed in two phases, consists of three buildings including two apartment buildings and one parking structure. There are a total of 157 apartments with associated community spaces, laundry facilities, computer rooms, exercise rooms, and community gardens. There is an additional 9,000 sf of retail and café space to support this growing community.
