Garage Unlimited of Santa Cruz is a 52 Unit garage condominium concept that has re-defined "self-storage".
Garage Unlimited is a hybrid of the typical self storage facility that enables users to own their space and
create a garage experience in an off-site facility. Owners are allowed to use their space for storage, create
a hobby shop or work space for non-commercial purposes and are essentially allowed to do anything in their
garage that they would typically be allowed to do in any residential home garage.
The project was brought to market in a down economy but quickly became a popular investment alternative
for hobby enthusiasts, self storage users, RV and boats owners, and small business owners looking for
storage solutions. Owners appreciate the ability to buy their condominium as an alternative to paying rent
with no payback or investment potential.
