Ground Up Construction of 125 senior apartments. This senior independent living complex was designed in a Spanish style, with stucco exterior, wood decks, large windows, and a covered porte cochere entrance. Amenities include a well-furnished community room equipped with a small kitchen for tenant functions, a mail room, a craft room, a computer room, shared laundry facilities on each floor, and an attractively landscaped outdoor garden with benches and a picnic table.
